@Eric and Nick: I must ask, why have two disembodied pages of a score which we have complete copies of? The scan quality is not very good, and I see no reason whatever to keep something of this nature. If there had been a couple of missing pages this might actually be helpful, but as it stands I am deleting this as being of no use whatever.

@Jant: We appreciate your desire to contribute. Next time, please provide:

1. a complete score;
2. a readable scan (the resolution was pretty low, and the pages were rotated so they appear upside down)
3. publisher information.
