User talk:Kerr Jamieson

Hi Kerr, and thanks for contributing! If you want to add a new work, it's best to use the 'add a piece to this composer page' link given on the composer page. You might also want to read the page How to Submit a Score for more information. Cheers, KGill talk email 20:40, 21 May 2010 (UTC)

Hi again. Please do not use the 'List Pages' field to add new works; if you use the link I gave above, a new page will automatically be created. Thanks, KGill talk email 20:45, 21 May 2010 (UTC)
Please stop using 'List Pages' to add works - it doesn't work! Use the link 'Add a piece to this composer page', which is given on every single composer page. Thanks. KGill talk email 20:57, 21 May 2010 (UTC)

OK, good - you created a work page successfully! :-) Now, though, you need to use the 'add a score file to this page' link (or 'add multiple score files to this page', in your case) on the work page in order to upload files. If you use the 'upload file' link in the toolbox, your submission isn't actually added to the page, and it's inaccessible. Thanks, KGill talk email 16:43, 22 May 2010 (UTC)

Ah, never mind - you figured it out. Sorry, KGill talk email 16:43, 22 May 2010 (UTC)

Dear Kerr, To add a file to an existing work page, you need to go to the bottom of the page and click on the link that reads "Add a score file to this page." Doing what you did on Beethoven and Mozart just places a text link on the page - with none of the needed info about arranger, publisher, etc. I've already taken care of Mozart and Beethoven - just keep this in mind next time.
