Update: A thousand apologies, Loubourib. I just noticed your post over at the forum! In the future, please do identify yourself as the typesetter and editor. As you can see, even a very experienced copyright reviewer can be fooled when information is lacking. We have people uploading files of new editions such as yours without authorization all the time, which are naturally deleted. Sorry. Hello Loubourib, thanks for uploading the Bach transcriptions. Unfortunately, Jesu, Joy of Man's Desiring had to be deleted because it was a transcription by Myra Hess (1890-1965). Since she died less than 50 years ago, this arrangement is not public domain in Canada. Hobbypianist 14:59, 21 December 2009 (UTC)
