Do you have permission from Jesús Fernández Baena to transcribe his improvisation on Monteverdi's raw material and post it here under a CC license? While we would obviously be very pleased to make it available, the copyright statutes are not in favor of this type of thing being considered public domain, even if it is based upon a public domain original. This is a little different than an editor's simple, rote figured-bass realization that any reasonably competent music student could do and involves considerably more original material.
