Welcome to IMSLP, Romeo_Golf. I'm glad you are enjoying the Medtner concertos. I think they are wonderful pieces. It is odd to me that the copy from the British library had pages missing, because the copy I scanned it from came from there as well! I will upload the Quintet and Dithyrambs next.
I think there are a lot of people (including myself) who would love to see those concertos on IMSLP in full score. Usually most new scanners come with software that will convert to pdf; if not, I think the easiest way is to scan them as TIF files and use a program called c42pdf which is readily available.
