Zelter's Sehnsucht

Can you tell me a little bit more about this arrangement? I notice the music says "Goethe-Zelter-Sautscheck". Is Sautscheck the arranger? I need to credit the arranger if he is known. Also, in the instrumentation field, you have "Voice (high), Baroque lute". The instrumentation field is for the original instrumentation, and the arrangement's instrumentation is dealt with in a different way.
