Leipzig: Lauterbach & Kuhn, 1904, Plate B.B. 16922 (249).
Please be aware of a misprint in this early edition. It's in the last quote of the choral-like part of the theme in the last variation (variation XIII, "andante", bar 14; i.e. page number 31, system 3, bar 2). There are the notes a-sharp and c-sharp in the soprano missing (3rd and 4rth quaver). Without these notes the line can hardly be recognized as a quote of the theme (the entire quote is: a# (upbeat) - g# - a# - c# - b# - a# - g#, then change to 2/4-time).
