Several factors make this attribution questionable:

  1. This is not listed in Grove Music's work list for Josquin Desprez.
  2. This WorldCat entry contains "Verbum supernum prodiens (o salutaris hostia) / Josquin Desprez", and O salutaris hostia in Grove's work list says "attrib. Josquin in CH-BuF.X.22–4; probably by Gregoire (attrib. in 1503¹)". In any case, that was a part of a larger Ave verum corpus from Petrucci's Motetti.
  3. This WorldCat entry says it is the "vierter Hymnus der Fronleichnamsprozession" from the Altenberger Liedsätze.

Therefore, this is tagged as a stand-alone hymn for now, but if the original can be found, the page can be re-tagged, or if this is from a larger work, moved to the page for that work.
