Probably not the same Maurer "Concerto No.3" (Op.82) published by Hofmeister and described here - tempo indications too different...

1587 is also the plate of the orchestral parts, per ÖNB. By the way the dedication was not added with the reduction (as sometimes happened) but was also on the original parts, as attested to at this ÖNB link.

First published in 1821 or earlier- in fact by August 1821 (see AMZ, August 1821, Intelligenz-Blatt) assuming this is the same Concerto 3
