This, Op.15, is actually Kornauth's second violin sonata, after Op.9. It was followed by a late Flute Sonatina, Op.46a for violin or flute or viola. Described as a sonata on the score but as a sonatina in some recordings (and perhaps also by the composer, but this will take looking into); will tag only as a sonata until the authority of the alternate title "sonatina" can be determined.
