My friend scanned the music into Sibelius from an early edition of the score a while back using PhotoScore.  I changed the key to A minor, but no other major edits were made.  If that counts as typesetting, then yes, I'm the typesetter.  I uploaded the file because it is extremely difficult to find it in anything lower than B-flat despite it being a popular choice for lower voices.  I'm afraid I have no idea who published the original score that was used for the scan.&lt;/div&gt;</summary>
