I realise that these aren’t exactly easy to scan (in the facsimile copy of the book which I have access to they are rather large fold-out pages).

But Tchaikovsky died 118 years ago and Walter Niemann's (died in 1953) works are in public domain too. Why?
:Niemann died less than 70 years ago, so he is still under copyright in the EU (and Russia), though not in Canada. This particular arrangement was published in 1927, so it will be under copyright in the US until 1 January 2023 (95 years from publication, the standard rule for things copyrighted between 1923 and 1977). is there any possibility of obtaining scans of the three large-format pages showing the design of the archicembalo from Vicentino’s ''L’antica musica''? These appear to be the only omissions from the files you’ve uploaded, but they are a significant one. I realise that these aren’t exactly easy to scan (in the facsimile copy of the book which I have access to they are rather large fold-out pages).
