Original full title, according to undated but early? edition at Edinburgh library, was "Zehn leicht Fughetten, für die Orgel : zum Studium und zum kirchlichen Gebrauche / Gustav Merkel ; mit Bezeichnung des Finger- und Fusssatzes versehen J. S. Dresler." (so already had fingerings by someone else?) - with Körner plate 189. - Schissel (not sure who J.S. Dres[s]ler might have been , if the "S." isn't a typo. If it is, J.H. Dresler, just for example, could have been - one of a number of people.)
