Published by a Turin publisher in an edition held by a library also in Turin, which estimates the publication date earlier than 1884 (indeed, around 1872). See OCLC. (I don't know on what grounds however).
If Barasa Bernardo is Bernardo Barasa, then as the dates of the best known person I can find by that name (himself an organist) are 1814–1894, and composition was not later than 1894 most likely. According to Wikipedia (Italian) Barasa was one of Bodro's later professors, so this attribution in fact seems likely.
