There are 3 lost Sonatas for 3 flutes by [?Georg Heinrich] Scherer (1703 - 1778) listed in (Haynes Catalog). It seems that there are no incipits surviving for these lost sonatas, so there is no way to tell if they are the same as the above sonatas. Perhaps the attribution in Haynes to G.H. Scherer is based on the fact their listing appears in a publication by Carl Joseph Toeschi (1731-88).
