At Christmas time I thought a selection of celestas in my ongoing series of sampled comparisons would be appropriate. My main purpose was to test out the Spitfire Redux Percussion library, which is purported to be one of the best with excellent sounds all around. I'll also compare a number of other popular options - starting of course with the main theme of the Dance of the Sugar Plum Fairy from the Nutcracker.
