Dedicatee may have been Raimund/Raimaund Dreyschock (1820{{EN}}1869), violinist, Alexander Dreyschock's younger brother, and composer at least of a divertissement in E minor (published ca.1844) for violin and piano. From the description (professor at...) and 1853 date, almost definitely so.- Schissel
