Worldcat lists no edition earlier than Edizioni Curzi's of 1947, though that is a New Edition Revised by the composer (which doesn't mean it was necessarily published before then. The listing in one catalog has [1947] non-copyright brackets, but not the listings in two other catalogs. Seems important to establish whether the Izzo edition is earlier than 1947.
