According to Wikipedia, the 6th and last known setting CPE Bach made of the St. Matthew text (his first was in 1769) and the last of his 21 known passion settings, as well. Also according to Wikipedia, "The Passions were never published in Bach's lifetime, and survive only in manuscript form"; the above keyboard reduction may be as close to publication as they got until the rediscovery of those (long lost) manuscripts in 1999 and the consequent project to engrave and publish them recently. - Schissel
