The edition of Werner Jaksch seems to be the only modern edition which is available (december 2014).
According to Stockigt, the Dresden copy has "Domini", while copies preserved at Berlin have the full title - which Zelenka also uses in his "Inventarium"- Missa Corporis Dominici.
