This firm was run by W.C. Peters' brother, Henry J. Peters, together with Benedict J. Webb, a book publisher, and two piano manufacturers, Frank M. Burkett and R.S. Millar. It operated from ca. 1850 to 1865, and published domestic music- piano pieces and songs.
