Often called the Jeunehomme Concerto since written for Victoire Jenamy (hence "Jeunehomme", a misspelling), a pianist visiting Salzburg at the time. See Wikipedia.

According to NMA, published in Paris in 1778, but "Kein Exemplar nachweisbar" (no examples of this early publication exist, I think?- so one goes by references to them...) - second publication by Johann André, ca.1792, parts (9 kinds of parts, 19+piano in all), copies still can be found (called his Oeuvre 26e) and another publication soon after (ca.1793, Heilbronn).
