Possibly also the work published as opus 44 (by another publisher presumably) in 1850 for the piano in the same key. Otherwise, that's he wrote two sonatas for piano in the same key in a brief period, not unheard of.

There are apparently at least three piano sonatas - no. 1 ? in f minor (op.41), (no.2 op.44?), no. 2 op.70 in f minor (ca.1887), no. 3 op.74 in D (ca.1886).

Also, Op.41 was assigned by Hofmeister in 1845 to Les trois Nations. 3 Divertissements brillants. So it seems likely that this is opus 44 with a typo.
