By "E. Guiraud" but there is no reason to suppose this is anyone but Ernest Guiraud (it is, for instance, dedicated to his dear and excellent Professor Monsieur (A. on the cover) Marmontel at the Conservatory of Paris, and Guiraud is known to have been a student of Antoine Marmontel.)
