| Authorship Note There are no accounts from Oginski's time attesting to his authorship. The author of the Polonaise in A minor is Kasper Napoleon Wysocki, and its first edition dates from around 1830. In the second half of the 19th century, the work became popular in an arrangement by Ignacy Feliks Dobrzyński, erroneously attributed to Oginski. |
