He has an account here already and is a regular contributor. While there is almost certainly no problem with you adding his editions and arrangements (and I'm sure he'd let us know if there were), you might want to check with him to make sure the latest version is available as he does update things from time to time. Not sure if all this is up on Mutopia but then again I don't know how up-to-date the things there are either. His user page is Horndude77.

One more thing - we have a template you should learn to use in the editor field for his things so he is properly listed as such in his category page - Jay Anderson. Just use the following in the appropriate fields:
|Editor={{LinkEd|Jay|Anderson}}
|Image Type=Typeset
|Scanner=editor

Thanks

ok.. I will add it to the files concerning him! The things i uploaded aren't available at his mutopoia site (as far as i checked) but he published a public domain book for horn and piano (digitl and casebound version), where he re-typestted pieces for horn and piano.

Here he says he is updating the digital version:

My plan was to extract the single pieces from the main file and upload them here. Just this minute i found out, that his plan was to upload all files here in the begin of 2014: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1206816328/horn-solos/description I will ask him, what he is planning.
