The arrangement file that is marked for this work is not of this work, but rather a piano reduction of the Passions-Kantate H. 776.
And also notice that the right hand clef is a C-clef on the bottom line rather than the now traditional G-clef on the 2nd line.
That shouldn't be surprising considering the dating of the score.
