You cannot upload composers who died after 1965. He's under copyright in Canada and the US server is down until further notice. Only admins with access could upload to it even when it worked properly. I don't seem to recall as you being one on that list. I didn't even do it very much myself as it was so convoluted. With the PHP upgrade nobody can upload to it at all - not even the real experts like Cypressdome.
