Now about this specific sonata in C major, is there any reason why you don't mention that the first movement is GRAVE?
Another thing, please: in Hotteterre's sonata in D major, op. 5, no. 3, in the Grave (the 4th movement), i see in the manuscript that there is a Double Cadence
above the b in the first bar and above the d in the third bar, what's the reason it's in your edition?
