Your Flute 1/2 - which is how we indicate 2 parts on a system, wither a single staff or 2 staves bracketed (as found in Durand and other French issues) - seems to be a duplicate of the Violins I and II in unison. You can just use the replace the file since it's a separate copy of the same file instead literally the same file. Very fine typesetting, by the way.
