Probably doesn't even attempt to do that, just "this is a place where descriptions of publishers who are at all relevant to IMSLP- and even a few who may be too recent to be really relevant to IMSLP (though that may not be a factor anymore! :D ) - should go, even if they don't have a page yet, to be filled in more and more as we have info on them."
