This is a tech question, this weekend, I have been informed already about what the new update that Edward was talking about for a while now. The update is a mobile redesign of the site, which means the site will be remade to suit better on mobile type devices similar to Wikipedia's mobile version (iphones, android, ipad, etc.). Carl has asked me to test out the new version on a mobile device for bugs in the webpages or whatnot that might come up. This is something that has need to happen for quite some time now, as a big majority of user traffic now are using mobile devices for browsing IMSLP. Do you have any sort of mobile device to test this on? If not I assume the site here will have a button to change to the mobile version on a regular desktop/laptop (wikipedia has a button at the very bottom of every webpage to change to the mobile view). I have a ipad mini to test the new version on so I will be using that.
Edward may give us an update on the main forums whenever this goes live, so check wherever he posts about the update and inform him of any bugs or suggestions!
