I'm thinking there should be 4 flats in the first bassoon line of the last system of this movement, but instead they decided the first bassoon, like the clarinets above them, is a B-flat transposing instrument (or just got confuzzled.) Happens... But yes, the bassoon's A, in the last bar, should probably be an A-flat...
