Baptized 16 January 1674, but according to biographical information may have (unusually...?) been born as much as 3 years earlier? See references to Wikipedia article (Lasocki, 1999, specifically.)
As usual with composers of this era specific calendar dates (if known) most often refer to dates of baptism and burial.
