Die Maschine, Op.1 ⟨User:Mveszpremi [#20348]

Were going to have to figure out if the piano arrangement does pass copyright in the USA (I've sent a message to our copyright expert), keep in mind just like L'histoire du soldat (Stravinsky, Igor), even if the first publication was done in 1920 for that work, your file you uploaded to that page is based on the piano arrangement setting, not the original setting, which according to Worldcat, was possibly first published in 1923, so its on the cusp of still being protected under copyright in the USA. If it does past muster, we'll have to reupload it to the USA server as the way you uploaded it is not legal to have it on that server (Canadian server, where the composer is still under copyright).

The composer died 51 years ago, so even if the publication date was a problem, his music would be out of copyright anyway in countries where the copyright is life+50 Years, such as Canada.

Ok it looks like the file does pass for copyright check for the USA because of the lack of a copyright stamp and no Notice of Intent to Enforce (NIE) was filed with the Copyright Office in 1923 so its all good.

Great! Thanks. Now could you change the name of the composer to Fritz Heinrich Klein? By mistake I called him Heinrich Heinrich Klein when I created the page.

That was already fixed.
