the 1993 reprint is not at all "just a simple reprint", it does indeed correct a certain number of misprints, and integrate a list of corrections (new thoughts) compiled by Bartók after the first performances.
two simple but significant examples are the metronome of mvt. II (misprinted in the 1946 edition) and the added pizz. at the end of mvt. III (missing in the 1946)
