Right! but all other composers with names beginning by 'Le' separated from the rest are logically listed in the 'L' section... moreover his name is La Tombelle, not Tombelle which is nonsense.
There are other means to find La Tombelle On IMSLP, but it would be correct and practical if La Tombelle's name (forget 'de') would be listed exactly as it appears on the composer's page: https://imslp.org/wiki/Category:La_Tombelle,_Fernand_de
