Thanks for your contributions. While some urtexts are permissible, if they contain editorial content like new fingerings, these need to be removed. With specific regard to your upload of the Schubert minuets and other pieces from the Sämtliche Tänze collection, these files need to have the fingerings and the covers removed.

Did you not listen to what Skyabushka said?? You have to remove all fingerings from the Henle edition you uploaded! In your new uploads today, you neglected to mention another contributor for the fingers Hans-Martin Theopold (1904-2000) who died less than 50 years ago and is under copyright everywhere and the edition with the fingerings are of his contribution. Since the edition is heavily marked with these fingers making it an original edition, they have to be removed before we can accept them.

Henle is one of those market tricksters who employ the "Urtext" label on there editions but are not of a true urtext nature most of the time because this publisher tends to get away with publishing extra contributors/editors in the edition making new additions not original to the composer's work, making it a false urtext edition and its just a normal individual edition that is copyright-able.

I did not understand in the beginning that all the Numbers had to be removed from the score, and I just removed the first cover 2 pages from every upload. I did not have any experience of this matter before. Now, instead I am removing not only the cover pages, but all the numbers of fingering densely nested from the scores as well. When I'm finished with this, and after having double-checked everything, I shall submit the Complete Scores (made TRUE URTEXT) again. Thank you for your remarks.

The file PMLP23936-Samtliche Tanze Menuet D.334-F.pdf (Complete score of Menuet D.334) and the corresponding Thumbnail file TN-PMLP7866-Samtliche Tanze 12 Wiener Deutsche D 128-8003.jpg, have been uploaded by mistake on the webpage of Minuet in D major, D.Anh.I/15 (Schubert, Franz; D.336), instead of on that of Minuet D. 334. Although now on the wrong webpage, they should have been emended by all Fingering, and should be URTEXT now. Please either delete the files, or move them to the correct webpage of destination, if they are now copyright-able. Thank you for your assistance.
