Know how to replace a file? ⟨User:Redxdevil [#26622]

You have to do it this way for replacing with a new version, do not do a brand new upload:

Replacing files is easy once you know the trick...

  1. Click on the file number
  2. Follow the link to "upload a new version of this file"
  3. Upload the new file - you can name the new one any way you like (keep it the same or change to something new - it makes no difference)
  4. When you see the little [B] next to the file description, you will know your replacement was successful

It might appear to be the old version if you view without being logged in for a couple of days due to the site's cache being updated, but the new one is what will actually download.
That's all there is to it.

Yesterday I replaced the the files for my arrangement of: https://imslp.org/wiki/6_Lieder,_Op.59_(Mendelssohn,_Felix)#IMSLP651028

But only the new files for the version in Eb and D minor were updated for downloading the files.. the F minor file is still the old one although the new one is shown to be the latest version in the file page: https://imslp.org/wiki/File:PMLP29292-Jagdlied_Mendelssohn_F-Moll.pdf Do you know why that is?

Best regards
