I calculated the file sizes on the files you uploaded here, they are under the 250 mbs limit in total. You can combine these together and they will be under this limit for uploading. I think accepting these by page range in this case is kind of nonsensical nowadays if possible. Maybe in the old days when the limits were lower back then but the limits have been raised since then.
