I am finding the claim on the file uploaded kind of strange that Musica Brasilis are claiming this engraving (which definitely is not a typeset) with a CC License. You might want to contact them to see why they claimed this as a CC license rather than Public domain, because I suspect this is a historical engraving, but I could be wrong you never know (I don't think so though).

It's very likely this score was the one published in Boletim Latino Americano de Música, v. 6 (1946), published in Rio de Janeiro by Instituto Interamericano de Musicologia (organisation directed by Curt Lange), sponsored by Ministério da Educação e Saúde (M.E.S.) (C.N.C.O.= Conservatório Nacional de Canto Orfeônico). This periodical was edited by Curt Lange (1903-1997), so my guesses is that this engraving is not PD due to his death date.

Indeed Musica Brasilis licenses many engravings that are on Public Domain, but I don't think it was the case on this one.
