A Piano Reduction for this kind of work in the Parts tab would go in the arrangement tab, not lazily put in the Parts tab. And you should not have to write in the arranger in the Editor field when as I said, there is an arrangement tab to upload these kinds of settings under.

Considering the editors' choice to present the piano reduction on the Complete Score, with all the instruments, I believe it was their intention to keep the piano reduction with the other instruments parts.

But its a reduction of the entire work for piano. I guess you could consider to play along with the orchestra if you wanted to, but it says in Spanish its a reduction, so technically for our rules its considered an arrangement, plus a credited arranger is given on the bottom of the first page, which is more evidence its considered an arrangement of the work.

Not going to ask for permission since I assume the arranger's estate holder already has given permission to host the arrangement online on that website, so anyone can download it.
