For inquiries like this, it's better to open a discussion topic on the original uploader's discussion page. In this case, the uploader is Carolus, and you can go to 'Page' (on the top left of the user page) > 'Discussion'. Once you reach the user's discussion page, then 'Page' > 'Add topic'.
This is very strange. The title, preface and first page of music are all for volume 4, but the remainder of the document is indeed volume 3. The scanner here was the Russian State Library in Moscow. Obviously it would be a good idea to replace the file with one which has the correct contents!
