It was released that time under the Creative Commons Attribution 3.0, this simple licence explicitly allows the distribution, even commercial, see the text. That's why we actually recommend a non-commercial variant. Users are allowed to change it afterwards to a more restrictive version if desired, so just go ahead an change it. However, this does not affect then the old copies already in circulation because the licence is irrevocable. It would make sense if you for instance upload a revised version of that pdf. HP
No, I’m not angry at all. I created the intermezzi arrangements collection, I uploaded it to IMSLP, and I also sell it at a very reasonable rate on Amazon on nicely bound form. I just wanted to give anyone interested an opportunity to acquire it in book form. I’m not trying to restrict the version on IMSLP, or have it removed. I just wanted to share it to the world.
