Putting in Dates ⟨User:HMABOSTON [#32472]

The editions your uploading from the 19th century on most items do not have a date because in this century, most countries except for the USA for publishers did not include dates alot of the time on a edition (until the early 20th century). When there is no date on the Score printed (penciled in doesn't count, must be printed by the published, stamped doesn't count either like from a library), please put in "n.d.(ca.XXXX)" if its an approximate date with no sources to refer to. "n.d.[XXXX]" is for using for sourcing it from a third party site. "n.d.(XXXX)" is for if the date is on the edition, but the scan is missing it.

Your missing Parentheses "()" for the "n.d.(ca.XXXX)" and no spaces as well please, thanks.

Did you read what I said above? With the amount of files your adding per day, you need to end having us fix your uploads sooner than later please because you still making typographical errors in your submissions.... Its best to review a page history under "Page" to see what got changed.

This also means SLOW DOWN! Your entering in fields incorrectly (like why are you putting in the abbreviated publisher name from the plate number in the publisher field)? Please review the history changes on your workpages you uploaded to. You do not need to go so quickly with the uploads if you keep making the same errors over and over.

Also the abbreviated publisher name where the plate number would go (such as "A.C. for "Choudons") can be included within the Plate number field.

Did I enter the very rare 1789 manuscripts in such a way that they will be noticed?

I would like to upload two late nineteenth century piano scores by Margaret Ruthven Lang, but see no upload link.

You need to make a post on the forums under the PD-USA only composer workpage request forum.
