So far as I know, this is {{RSL}}. When uploading stuff from a source please try to find the appropriate library template from Category:External library templates if/when possible.
As I have uploaded many files recently, I can't know on which files you are advicing me.

According to the homepages of both libraries (https://www.rsl.ru/ruhttps://nlr.ru/ ), The Russian State Library (RSL ) was founded in 1862 and located in Petersburg, and National Library of Russia РОССИЙСКАЯ НАЦИОНАЛЬНАЯ БИБЛИОТЕКА (they use the templete "NLR") was founded in 1795 and located in Moscow.
I don't know the relationship between two libraries. Is NLR a branch of RSL?
I searched the templete of "NLR" on the category of "External library templete", but I could not find it.
ah. interesting. as I’ve been making those substitutions ignorantly, I think one of us should recommend ( @ imslp forums?) creation of a new template for the National Library, and I can look over some of my past contributions and fix my error…
If I can do it by muself, it will be most disirable. But my computer skill is very poor, and I cannot create a new library's templete. I hope anyone will create it.
