Hi. Thanks for your contribution, but unfortunately I don't think this file can be considered as being in the public domain. Although other components of the Bärenreiter edition - such as full scores and instrumental parts - do qualify for the "urtext" exemption, since they are considered "scientific" in nature, a piano reduction is a work of creative endeavour, and would be considered separately from the editorial work. The vocal score would thus not be eligible for exemption from copyright, and would only enter the public domain through the normal processes, ie. time elapsed after publication or death of the author, and since Eike Wernhard appears still to be very much alive, that will not be for some time yet.
