have to be removed before posting the files on here from external libraries, these are usually the typesetted first page or two in the file.
They do not have to be (if they are just the title page and not original authorial content), but ideally they should be.
Carolus told me to remove them originally when these kinds of files do pop up, just like the logos, which we now had a rule change for, perhaps that rule should be changed as well?
