You cannot leave the publication details unknown, did you do research on the publication before submitting the file?

I tried putting this up in May 2019, but the submission wasn't valid because I didn't remove the ossias. I guess there's no way for you to recover the information in the first version of the page I created, right? I haven't been able to find this on any of my computers.

No I am afraid not, there isn't a way for us to recover old pages if they were already deleted. I have no access to the original page.

I'm not at a computer, but it seems to have been published by Peeer International in New York in 1960.
