The Engraving file you uploaded here having both the Flute/Piano setting and the Piano setting in one file should really be separated into two ZIP files based on each setting. I would refrain having them all in one file for organization purposes for multiple settings.

Also I would be careful about uploading parts by movement of the Flute/Piano setting, at least its a selection, unless you intend to upload the same setting for the Rondo movement, then these should have been combined in the first place.
